Step 1 - Prepare your files
Before submitting orders, please make sure the files we need are prepared and organized. If your website consists of more than one template simply compress all the files in ZIP or RAR format. Be sure to include fonts, layered source files and other documentation we may need.
Some of our previous clients attach a document which explains how they want their final output to work, simply mentioning the way elements are laid out, how they work and their behaviour for examples.
Step 2 - We slice your website up
Before we start working on your website, we require a 50% upfront.
We will send an email to you in the term of 24 hours, attaching you an invoice with the full amount of your order.
Once the 50% of the full balance has been paid, we will begin "slicing" your website images and also "making" your layout.
We will have it finished in the term of 3 to 5 working days depends the type of package that you have ordered.
Step 3 - We test your website
We're experts in cross-browser compatibility, XHTML Slicer will make sure your template works on the following browsers:
- Mozilla Firefox (PC & MAC)
- Internet Explorer 6 & 7 (PC)
- Safari (PC & MAC)
- Opera (PC & MAC)
Moreover, we will also make sure that your document validates using the W3C XHTML and CSS validator in order to make your website standard compliant.
Step 4 - Delivery your websites
Finally, your website is uploaded to our servers where you can review the final output, once the remaining balance of your invoice is settled we'll email the files over to you (We will compress your files in ZIP format).
Once your site has been sent over we offer 15 days of technical support, this is if you need any assistance in getting your website uploaded to your hosting provider or if you manage to find a bug that hasn't been squashed. If you require assistance or any amendments to your layout after the days in which your website was sent it can be arranged for an additional fee.
